Question 1

Which identity providers work with single sign-on?

Accepted Answer

Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace and any SAML or OIDC provider. The team owner starts from Settings → Team, verifies the company domain with a DNS record, and the IT admin connects the provider on the setup page that opens. Nobody at the domain sees single sign-on until the domain is verified.

Question 2

Can we require single sign-on for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once the connection is live, one switch makes everyone at your domains sign in through your provider; email codes and other methods turn off for them, and everyone is signed out so they come back through it. The owner keeps a way in, so the switch can always be turned off.

Question 3

Is our data used to train models?

Accepted Answer

Connected accounts such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar and Notion are read only for the task you ask and never used for training. Incognito conversations are never written down, Memory can be turned off, and any conversation, the memory or the whole account can be deleted from Settings. A data-processing agreement and no-training terms for your team are available on request.
